Tom Vivaldelli holds nearly 45 years of diverse commercial finance experience in the areas of capital formation, structured finance, loan workouts, and both real estate and C&I lending.  He has assisted commercial banks in the turnaround of large real estate loan portfolios, structured and placed over $1.5 billion in debt capital, and raised over $200 million in equity capital for businesses and financial institutions.

As a senior executive employed by two of the largest non-bank commercial real estate lenders in America, he was responsible for a variety of operating units including loan production, construction lending, loan servicing, and loan workouts.  His real estate experience extends to real estate development including site selection, entitlements, infrastructure, leasing, finance, and property management. He has also served as a Bankruptcy Trustee in the Ninth District, and is an accomplished expert witness in cases involving real estate, troubled companies, and banks.

Finally, Mr. Vivaldelli worked as a Senior Bank Holding Company Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.  He is an expert in banking, regulatory compliance, bank operations, allowance for loan and lease losses, and the bank examination process.
