Jay Quinn is a 43-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with a variety of specializations including CRE loan workouts, procurement of rescue capital for distressed properties, loan brokerage, loan/note sales, and complex negotiations with lenders. He has a deep understanding of all asset classes including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and mixed-use projects, among others. He has led loan origination teams across the U.S. that have collectively raised over $2 billion of equity, and some $4.5 billion of debt.
Jay maintains an array of real estate investment and lending relationships including sovereign wealth funds, endowment funds, real estate hedge funds, CMBS lenders, private equity firms, real estate REIT’s, banks, insurance companies, and agency lenders including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
His real estate brokerage expertise has resulted in property sales on a national basis and has proved particularly useful when exit strategies call for the sale of all, or a portion of an operating property. His real estate development endeavors have resulted in a variety of successful projects including 500 luxury homes, and more than 800,000 sq.ft. of multifamily, office, and mixed-use projects.
