Abraham Rosenthal is among America’s preeminent real estate development and architectural experts with a high focus on large-scale mixed-use urban projects both domestically and internationally.

He was the founder and CEO of Prime Retail (NYSE), the world’s largest development & management company of factory outlets. Beyond his many domestic projects, which include McHenry Row (Baltimore), Canton Crossing (Baltimore) and Pompano Live (Pompano Beach, Fla.) which collectively include multifamily apartments, offices, theaters, hotels, and parking structures, his international projects of similar nature are found in Spain, China, and Taiwan.

Mr. Rosenthal is particularly skilled in dealing with governmental bodies to gain development approvals, raising both debt and equity, and securing financial inducements which become part of the capital stack.  He is a registered architect in the State of Maryland and has held board positions on numerous civic and philanthropic boards. Among the awards and honors Mr. Rosenthal has received are the Urban Enterprises Award in Baltimore, ICSC International award for marketing, the 1995 Entrepreneur of the Year award for real estate in the State of Maryland, and additional awards in designing, marketing, and innovation from “Outlet Retail,” the industry organization for the outlet sector.  His outlet mall projects encompassed 56 locations and 15 million square feet.
